We are currently seeking HR Drivers for multiple roles across the Perth metro area, including immediate starts in Neerabup and additional positions from Muchea to Mandurah. This is a great opportunity to break into the concrete industry, with full training provided.

Enjoy consistent work Monday to Saturday, with early starts (3:00am – 6:00am) and 10–12 hour shifts, offering plenty of hours each week. You’ll be paid $40.45 per hour (inclusive of casual loading), with opportunities to upskill and progress.

About the Role

As an Agitator Driver, you will be responsible for the safe delivery of concrete to various sites across the metro area. Full training and support will be provided for successful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily pre-start checks on vehicles
  • Safely operate agitator trucks across metro routes
  • Load concrete from plant and deliver to customer sites
  • Follow instructions for concrete discharge on site
  • Communicate effectively via 2-way radios
  • Adhere to all safety and fatigue management requirements
  • Maintain a reliable and professional attitude

About You

  • Hold a valid HR Driver’s Licence
  • Have a current White Card
  • Hold a Worksafe WA Fatigue Management Certificate (within 12 months)
  • Ability to undergo full pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol screen
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and able to follow procedures
  • Previous agitator or heavy vehicle experience is desirable but not essential
